I'm always a 8 in "regular" shoes and Pleaser heels this specific TPU style is for narrow feet & is a little loose around the straps it comes with shoe insoles which I added to give extra cushion and fill the space were my toes slide (which I haven't had happen with any previous pleasers) wish I got a size 7
They are gorgeous but not pole friendly more for a prancy princess these heels catch the light & shine!!!
