Return Policy

Items are only eligible for a full refund if they're received in new and unworn condition.
Returns received in unacceptable condition will receive no credit and will be held for 7 days - we will contact you and you must provide a shipping label if you wish to have the item(s) returned.
Closeout / final sale items cannot be returned.

You may begin a return within 45 days of the purchase date for a refund or store credit. 
If you'd like to exchange your shoes, please choose store credit when filing the return. You can use this credit to place a new order.

 

International (Rest of World) click here to return.

You may return your order within 30 days for a full refund. We do not offer store credit for international returns.
You pay return shipping. The DHL fee will be shown to you upon opening a return and will be deducted from your refund. We will provide you a label at this time.
Additionally, duty, tax and original shipping are not refunded. Please contact your local tax authority for tax refunds. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Does my label expire? 

Yes. Once we email you the prepaid shipping label, you have 15 days to ship the return before the label expires.

 

What if my return arrives late? 

As long as your return was initiated within the return window and your label is not expired, we will accept your return. Do not worry about transit delays.

 

What if my order is defective? 

If you suspect that your order has a manufacturing defect please contact us at cs@pleasershoes.com with your order number and a photo of the defect. Please also include a photo of the bottom sole of the shoe.

 

What if you sent me the wrong item?

If we sent you the wrong item, please send us an email at cs@pleasershoes.com with your order number and a photo of the shoes you received. We may not ask you to return them in this case.

 

When will I get my refund?

Once your item arrives at our warehouse we will authorize your refund within 5 business days.
We can not estimate the delay for your refund to appear in your bank account. This can take an additional 3-4 business days. 

 

Why is there a fee to return my order?

Domestic (USA)

After requesting a return, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to return your order. You will then have 15 days to use the return label.
We charge approx. $7 per item to be returned for the label (up to maximum $18 for 3 or more pairs returned) unless you are opting for store credit (no fee). The fee is deducted from your refund.
Your original shipping will not be refunded unless the item was defective or delivered late. We do not reimburse packaging, tape, or other material costs associated with your return.

 

International (Rest of World)

We simply cannot offer free return shipping outside the United States.
The return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.

 

What if I want to exchange for another size or color?

Domestic (USA)

If you would like to exchange your shoes for another size or color, please file your return as a store credit, and use the credit to order the new pair once we issue the credit to you when we receive and inspect your return. 

International (Rest of World)

Please return your order for a refund and re-purchase the new item.

 

 

If fraudulent returns are detected, we reserve the right to disable returns from your account.
