Shipping

Delivery timelines at checkout are kept up to date depending on the season and shipping volume. This timeline includes processing time.

With the exception of weekends and holidays, we dispatch all Express orders placed before 12pm (noon) Pacific time on the same day. Standard orders are dispatched within 1 business day.

Economy orders are dispatched within 2 business days. During the holiday season this may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days processing time. Note that the delivery dates shown at checkout already include processing time.

You will receive a tracking email once your shipment is dispatched.

In the event of a paid upgrade shipment being delivered late, please contact us for a refund of your shipping fee.

None of our shipping options guarantee delivery on weekends. Weekends are not business days, and do not count towards the estimates for your chosen shipping method. Free domestic delivery applies only to orders placed to the contiguous 48 US states.

International (Outside the US)


The cost of international shipping depends on the physical dimensions and weight of your order as well as the destination of delivery. In addition, the delivery timeline varies greatly by destination. Add the product(s) to your cart and enter your address to see the price and delivery estimate.

We dispatch all international orders within 2 business days.
