    Finicky but decently made

    These insoles didn't work for me due to the arch support feeling too intense, and I'm thinking that could be due to me getting them for close-toed lace up boots. They may work for you if you need a lot of arch support and have more meat on your tendons than I do. The adhesive is nice yet forgiving if you need to readjust.

    A must-have for pole dancers!

    The gel is soft and provides great arch support. It allows me to dance and wear heels for much longer without my feet hurting.

    Super comfortable with great padding!

    These felt great, the only issue was that I have wider feet and the padding made the fit of some of my shoes a bit too tight. These are definitely shoe specific insoles but I instantly felt the relief.
