I usually wear a 9, bur always get a 10 in my pleasers. The plastic will require some stretching, I usually just wear with a pair of socks for the first two times to break them in. Butttt I loveeee them, my first 7inch and I can tell the difference and can dance better on my toe boxes for sure! Can't wait to find a cute outfit to wear with them!
