My girlfriend loves these shoes she's very happy with them. They are her favorite pair of shoes. She probably had 4 or 5 pairs lol she did have break on her. Called pleaser Shoes they told me to take pictures of the shoes, before they would send another pair. They just refunded my money. Love this company been paying shoes from them going on 14 years
