I’m normally a 6.5 and I ordered a 7. There is wiggle room for my toes. I will someday order a 6 to see if I can stretch the toe box myself. The Adore 709s are light. Love the grip. Love the cushion. I feel so secure in these. I get compliments on them all the time. They’re beautiful.

Comfy and pretty true to size. If you are looking for a snug fit for dancing I recommend sizing down 1 size since they might stretch out.
