The shoes look fantastic, showcasing the quality I've come to expect from Pleaser. However, I have a couple of constructive points to consider. First, I ordered a size 8, but I've noticed some slippage when wearing them, which suggests they might run slightly big. Secondly, I initially saw a shipping timeframe of less than 10 weeks, but when I checked later, it changed to a full 10 weeks. While I understand that customer service can be a process, the inconsistency in information and lack of order updates could be improved for a better customer experience.
