I absolutely love these shoes, and still wear them very frequently. They're very comfortable, and I'm complimented on them all the time - however, the heel tip came off on the first day wearing it, and since they were delivered in June, the vegan leather has worn out a LOT. They definitely look like I've owned them much longer than I have.
That being said I still would purchase again, but it is something to keep in mind if you've never purchased before/are on the fence :)

They are a bit bulky compared to the usual pleaser heel but lovely regardless. If you feel comfortable in shoes with an arch this one isn’t as “archy” as the others either, that’s made the shoe a bit uncomfortable for me after a while.
