I always prefer an ankle strap and these were a great option. I got them for a Greta Gremlin cosplay and they worked well but the back part of the ankle strap was hurting me so I solved it by adding some silicone grip inserts and they were super comfortable that way!

I’m in love with the black Vanity Heels. They fit perfect right out of the boxes as well as high degree of comfort. The skinny black ankle strap is a very sexy look and the heel height is perfect for an all-nighter of fun and dance. They have the classic look I feel incredible in. They come in a wide variety of colors but the black can be worked into almost any outfit. Love Pleaser Shoes!!

The Vanity-431 is pretty much the go-to for me, being a near-perfect mix of heel height, comfort, ankle strap and durability. About the only complaint I have is that there are so few color options, even though the 420 (same shoe without the ankle strap) has many more options
