    A nice surprise

    I wasn’t sure it would help me, but it did! I usually wear size 7 but during summer my feet get really swollen so I prefer to wear size 8, and it helps me a lot!

    comfortable + good at filling spaces

    im a boots girlie, but my feet don't fully fit in my flamingo pleasers comfortably. this will help to potentially reduce the loose space in your boots and make the soles of the feet a lot more comfortable. thing is that they may slide around a bit and you might need to get new ones after excessive wear with these insoles.

    Finicky but decently made

    These insoles didn't work for me due to the arch support feeling too intense, and I'm thinking that could be due to me getting them for close-toed lace up boots. They may work for you if you need a lot of arch support and have more meat on your tendons than I do. The adhesive is nice yet forgiving if you need to readjust.

    A must-have for pole dancers!

    The gel is soft and provides great arch support. It allows me to dance and wear heels for much longer without my feet hurting.
