The sole is very comfortable with a memory foam-like cushioning. As a beginner, I felt very balanced in my first couple of pole lessons. Hardly any pain at any point on my feet. Firmly constructed and reliable. I highly recommend! The strap is tight at first but stretches after several hours of use.

Very comfortable and cute! They take some time to stretch in but a hairdryer really helps. I took advice from pole friends and sized down to an 8 (usually I'm an 8/8.5) but for my next pair I'll buy a size 9 because my toes stick over the edge making it hard to do edge work and use the toe box.

The heels have thicker stems then most which is nice but feels clumpier. The insoles are less steep than other pleaser branded heels but not as steep as the fabulocious brand. The colors pop really well! They did feel wider as well.
