    Sole detached after third wear..

    I had loved Pleaser shoes, but unfortunately the heel on this pair detached from the insole after only being worn three times on both shoes. I understand that my purchase was outside of their return/replacement timeframe, but I was disappointed that there wasn’t anything they could do for a pair of shoes that had barely been worn. I reached out to customer service to see if there was another way to repair or resolve the issue, but unfortunately they were not very helpful. I sent a second email with additional questions to try to find a solution, and I never received a response. Also after talking with some other Pleaser wearers, I was notified this is a common thing with their shoes.
