I love this kind of boot. They stay laced up which is so convenient to just zip them on and off. Especially if you use the spots on the tongue of the boot to lace through, it just keeps everything in place and easy to take on and off. Im an 8 1/2, bought the 8 and they are good. If they were closed toe I think maybe a bit too tight. Ive bought a black open toe boot same style in a 9 and It fits, but having tried both I do prefer the snugger size 8.
