These are awesome. They fit well, and look great. They come up to mid thigh. They're very comfortable. I usually wear a 7 1/2 and ordered a size 8. My toes have plenty of room and don't hang off the end.

Wife bought these thinking that the boot style would work with her thighs; unfortunately not without lacing every other eyelet. Still, she likes the design and would wear them around when she feels the desire to. I would personally love to see these as an ankle boot design so I might buy a pair and cut them down.

I bought these for my wife to wear on her overnight date with her boyfriend and his buddies at a vacation cabin on a lake here in Dallas. They were a MAJOR hit! She said spending all late afternoon and evening in these, they were extremely comfortable from about 4pm until almost after 3am. She said it was really good grip and worked out well on the deck in the back (which didn't have any small gaps between the planks thankfully for these long thin spikes to catch). She said she was able to move around in them very well and get into all sorts of positions with them on all night partying with her boyfriend and his friends. Also, since they come over the knees, they also did great helping protect her knees from getting rug burn.
