I really like the color of these and they look very nice in the right lighting such as club lighting or blacklight. The fit is true to size and the same as any typical Flamingo 808. I did not need to stretch the heel and was able to break them in after one wear. I am very happy with them and hopefully they last me a while.

I emailed customer service right away within an hour of delivery. We went back and forth over the next few days. I thought I had sent her all the pictures she needed but they wanted a picture of the bottom of the shoe. I had already worn them to class. I am annoyed because I reached out within an hour of receiving the shoes. You could track the time that they were delivered, and I felt like I was having to jump through hoops to prove this was the way I received them. Mind you I included pictures in the initial email.
