Quality of pleasers has gone down. Customer service no longer will help with breaking straps. Bought at least 20 pairs over the past year and half have broken straps from wearing less than 3 months

I’ve purchased a few from Pleasers but these are my go to for my stage shoes right now. Fabulous to break in, they feel stable which is nice. I wear these one day a week on average and so far they’ve been holding up! Beautiful clack but I don’t get to clack my heels at work :( but they hold up to floorwork and I drag my toes around a lot haha
