They fit good, got used to them after a couple of times wearing them. I feel like I can run in them. Good for winter. You can adjust how tight you want them. Maybe not the best choice for pole dancing as metal parts don’t grip to the pole well tho.

They’re super cute, but if you’re using them for dancing, they’re not good for climbing because of the metal for the laces.

The open heel part cuts in on my heel so they need to be worn with socks, but I like that with the open lacing you can adjust the tightness of each area of your foot to your liking
