    Broke on very first wear

    So disappointed! I only buy my work heels from pleaser- this pair being the 7th I believe. I usually love the quality of Pleaser shoes but this was downright terrible! The strap snapped off not even 1 hour into me wearing the shoes! Kind of ruined my Halloween night.. still waiting on customer service to make this right. They’ve been SO SLOW. As you can see via the photos, the bottom of the shoe is still looking new because I literally wore them for an hour.
